Resins for insulation

To meet the changing needs of insulation manufacturers, GP Chemicals has developed LEAF FREE™ insulation resins, a line of formaldehyde-free resins for non-woven fiberglass and mineral fiber applications. These water-soluble thermosetting resins are specifically designed to help customers meet low-emission targets in residential as well as commercial and industrial (C&I) applications.

LEAF FREE resins join the GP Chemicals line of phenol-formaldehyde resins for insulation, which has been a mainstay of the insulation industry for years.

Insulation products can benefit from the use of our line of triazone resin products which can extend base polymers, reducing costs while maintaining performance of the end product.
