GP® UF Wood Adhesive Resins

A variety of scavenger, buffering and catalyst technologies are employed with liquid urea-formaldehyde resins for composite panel production. Some of these products can aid in complying with:

  • California Air Resource Board (CARB) Airborne Toxic Control Measure (ATCM) for Composite Panels Phase 2 emission standards and ANSI standard A208.1-2009 defined formaldehyde emissions set forth in sections 3.4.
  • Some operations targeted physical properties defined by ANSI standard A208.1-2009 Tables A and B.

These products are specifically formulated with attributes for a range of machine centers and different processing capabilities. However, they can be custom formulated and adjusted to meet most machine center, raw materials and changing ambient temperature needs.
